Brand Statement

AdsPower software is a software service provider (hereinafter referred to as "we") whose names and marks (including but not limited to the text and graphics of AdsPower, various logos, emblems, distinctive parts of the company name, etc.) are valuable intangible assets and are protected by any applicable intellectual property laws, anti-unfair competition laws, and other relevant laws and regulations. Without our prior written consent, any use of the names and marks of AdsPower software for commercial purposes may lead to trademark infringement, unfair competition, or other wrongful acts.

Whether you are a trademark licensee, an authorized channel partner, a counterparty, a user, or any other entity that wants to use the names and marks of AdsPower software in any commercial context, including marketing materials, promotional marketing materials, advertising materials, paid search ads of branding words, guides or reference materials, products, labels, or packaging, etc., you are obligated to obtain our written authorization in accordance with the law before use. Otherwise, the use is prohibited.

Specifically, without our prior written permission, the following acts are prohibited:

I. Use, register or enroll, in whole or in part, the names and marks of AdsPower Software or any confusingly similar trademarks to the names and marks of AdsPower Software as your trademark, company name, trade name, offline or online store name, product name or service name, technical name, website name, program name, domain name, or commercial logos on WeChat, Micro-blog and other social media.

II. Shorten, abbreviate, misspell or otherwise change the names and marks of AdsPower Software in any way that causes confusion or misrecognition among the relevant public.

III. Use the names or marks of AdsPower Software in a derogatory manner.

IV. Create or publish paid search ads of branding words containing the names and marks of AdsPower software on search engines.

V. Use the names or marks of AdsPower software on promotional free gifts or giveaway items.

VI. Any other use of the names or marks of AdsPower software without our written authorization.

This statement does not grant any other rights, express or implied, of any kind or nature.
